Given the Supreme Court's ruling from earlier this year (BBC, 15 June 2018: "Canada's Supreme Court rules LGBT rights trump religious freedom" https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-44501139 (https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-44501139)), there is hope that the case will get thrown out.
