Hi everyone!
I'm Ellie, a long time lurker - but first time poster.
I started transitioning about five years ago, after nearly dropping out of high school due to depression. I had a couple of transgender friends, but they've since moved, and lately I've been a little lonely for some trans company. I hope you don't mind me hanging around. ♡
Hmm... a little about me... well, I really like to draw and paint, and one of my biggest inspirations are the old commercial/magazine illustrators from the 1940's - 1960's (or the "Second Illustrative Golden Age"). A few of my favorite artists are Jon Whitcomb, Joseph Bowler, Alfred Parker... oh, and Andrew Loomis, of course!
I'm also really into "old timey" TV from the same era... I'm currently re-watching I Love Lucy, in fact. I know it's not for everybody, but I almost wish I could have a cute little domestic life like that... I think I would make a good housewife...! ;D
How about you guys, what are your hobbies? ♡ I'm interested to know!

Hi Ellie, nice to meet you. I enjoy the old TV shows too. The old I Love Lucy shows are great. I really like the old Leave It To Beaver series. They sure were simpler times. I'm of that era so those shows bring back so many memories as a child.
Thanks for sharing a little about yourself. I'd enjoy hearing even more about how you got to this point and where you are planning to go if you'd ever care to share those things. I'm sure we have a lot more in common.
Warmest Wishes,
Susan R🌷
Hello, welcome to the neighborhood. Glad to have you.
