Title: Male Lactating - Mammary Gland
Post by: Sofia91 on February 07, 2019, 02:13:07 AM
Hello!

I tried to find answers from different topics without any results.

So, is there any way to male, enlarge mammary glands and/or start lactating without HRT? Natural ways?

Thank you! :)

I doubt it. Examine the physiological process of lactation in CIS women. Even they go though hormonal changes in order to lactate. We'd have to mimic that to make it happen.

I have hesitated to reply, as I thought the topic would be too racy. But the moderators have accepted it, so here goes.

Yes, I have substantially increased my boob and nipple volume by simple pumping techniques. I use dual electric breast pumps several times during the day (I am pumping now) and I carry nipple pumps in my bra when I go out.

I have increased my size from A cup to a full C cup over the past year. I have clearly increased my boob volume, but more especially my nipple size. I am 38C boobs and DD nipples!

I am really front heavy, and an underwire bra is essential, plus padding for modesty.

I have generated a little output, but, although it was wonderful I have backed off, partly because the number of hours per day on the pumps was unacceptable, and partly because of leaks.

I have never been able to express into the pumps, even though I have hurried back home feeling tight and heavy. But, I have then had damp patches during the night.

Valerie,

I've been thinking about pumping my breasts to help increase the size too. What kind of pump do you use and what kind of nipple pump do you have that you can wear in your bra? I'd like to get them too.

Hugs and thanks

I have always suspected that in addition to two fully functional testes, there was a ovary hidden somewhere inside of me. This might explain why when my wife was nursing our children, my breasts also became engorged and I began to produce a bit of milk too. Not much, only a few ounces per day on each side. It was very pleasant and helped bond with the children too. I was a natural B at the time and swelled to like a B 1/2, not quite enough to fill a C. With age I am now a full C. We did not have fancy things like electric pumps in those days.
Even today, whenever I see a woman breastfeeding her child, my nipples start to tingle and my breasts ache for several days.

Bottom line, you do need the proper hormones, but it is possible for a male body to synthesize your own.
I wish you joy in your efforts.
And please, send us a link to the nipple pumps that you can wear when out and about!!!

For my breast pumping regime, I use an "Ardo Calypso" dual electric breast pump. For the amount of pumping required, you will need a high grade dual electric pump, which is also quite silent.

Many breast pumps make a grunting, grinding noise, which is quite horrible. The Ardo is very quiet.

I lubricate myself using pure coconut oil, which prevents chafing, keeps the nipples moist and is supposed to help breast development. On starting pumping, I support the pump flanges in my bra. As you expand into the flanges, you may get a deep enough latch to be self-supporting.

For nipple development when out and about, I wear "supple cups".

http://www.supplecups.com/shop.html

These are silicon rubber suction teats available in several sizes. I have worked up to the 4xl size, but I recommend that you start smaller and don't carry them for too long. Again, I use coconut oil lube.

You need to wear them in a padded bra, so that they don't stick out too obviously, and there is no embarrassment if one should pop off. I go up a cup size when wearing them, to give a bit of room. With no bra, you will feel very front heavy!

When not wearing these teats, I normally protect my nipples using shields.

These prevent pert nipples being squashed by your bra, and prevent chafe if you get sore.

If you get really heavy and start leaking (which I have), you could resort to these.

Several times, I have felt really heavy, with drops in my supple cups. I have felt desperate to be put to the breast pump, but nothing. Then dampness in the night!

It's not easy to express your milk as is convenient.

I am currently on the breast pump, and I am huge and sore, but after two hours sucking, nothing.

However, I wouldn't be surprised to become somewhat damp in the night.

I always thought the pumping thing to increase breast size was a myth.  Kind of like those male member pumps they like to market.  I'm goin to have to find one for me now.

Being put to the breast pump on a regular basis is one of the most feminine delights.

I have come up two cup sizes and I really look forward to my pumping sessions.

So pumping really does work for enlarging breasts? I was always under the assumption that it was only for nipples.

A powerful dual electric pump and ample lubrication are essential, plus lots of hours on the pump.

I have been on the breast pump two hours tonight. I am massive, I am in heaven, I am so heavy, and so sore.

I am placing breast shields on my nipples in case I leak in the night, which I might.

Does breast pumping work for me? Yes, Yes, Yes!

valerie anne, can you give some details. How long you pump each time, how many times a day?  how long has it taken you to get your increases? When did you start leaking after pumping? how much leaking are you getting?  Thanks.

I can't believe the positive replies!

Yes, I am an absolute slave to the breast pump. I am massive, I am aching, I am being pumped sore. I have been on the breast pump for 2 hours tonight.

I feel very heavy, I might be damp tonight!

How long have you been pumping? Months, years? How long it took to start leaking?

There was a London student being interviewed on Good Morning Britain earlier in the week discussing the possibility of men lactating in order to breast feed their babies (to support their partners). She was apparently developing a kit and mentioned prescribing progesterone to men 9 months before their baby's birth and domperidone 6 weeks before birth. Lucky Piers Morgan wasn't presenting the show that day, or he'd have had a field day!

I have been breast pumping for several years, off and on.

I got discouraged as I wasn't getting any results, but in the last nine months a lot has happened. I obtained a new dual electric pump which is so quiet I can be sucked for hours at a time.

I have been pumping much more often since then, two or three sessions a day. I don't think that is really enough, but my boobs have exploded! I have gone from A to C cup bras in only a few months, and it's been expensive!

My nipples have become long, heavy and deep brown.

A bra is now essential for daytime wear and I feel very heavy in the evenings. I am pumping now to try and relieve the pressure, but I only seem to weep during the night. If only I could empty into the pump cups.

The pumping regime necessary to lactate is very demanding, often 5 or 6 sessions per day. I can't manage this, which is why I just get drips & leaks.

The next point is that you have to think as femme as possible. I pump more comfortably in heels, stockings and makeup (the bra is essential to hold my pumps).

I've been pumping about a month now, little changes in the nipple area, bigger nipple tips and im sore from inside the nipple. If i squeeze my nipple, clear liquid comes out, very small amount. Gonna keep going with pumping :)
