Welcome to Susan's Place. The most effective way to feminize your body is through HRT and that would be with trained medical personal. HRT under medical care is safe and effective. Depending on where you live, it can be as simple as making an appointment but it other places it can be more complex.
Unfortunately HRT has minimal effect on facial hair so that requires laser or electrolysis depending on skin and hair color. The good news about facial hair is that you don't need a doctor to start it. Men will sometimes have their facial hair removed because their skin reacts to shaving.
Let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.
