I'm new here! Soooo happy to have found this! I'm 53, and came out to my roommate last year. She's doing her best to accept this. In the meantime, I've been wanting to be a woman my whole life. For as long as I can remember. I'm a veteran in therapy for ptsd, anxiety, and the last year knowing that I can finally live my life true to myself. I've decided that in May of this year, I will start on hormones. I'm going to continue to present as a man for at least a year, maybe longer. I'm excited to start my transition. I did promise myself I would wait 1 full year before starting. In the meantime I do gender bend as far as I can. I love makeup, nail polish, pretty frilly clothes, and bling! I'm looking forward to interacting with you all here!

your very first posting. I am happy to see that you found the Susan's Place Forums.
As you post on the forums you will be able to exchange thoughts and comments with others that are experiencing many of the same things that you are. I expect that you will be getting many members offering their thoughts and suggestions as you continue to post here.
