My brother was diagnosed with testicular cancer a few years ago. Because of this I do a weekly self exam.Sometimes they are the size of raisins, other times they are the same size as they were before I started HRT five years ago. Has anyone experienced this?

Do they hurt upon touch? Do they hurt if you manipulate them gently?
Because of the hurting, min were removed recently. Check with your urologist, they are the most competent people to answer your question.
