Title: Best way to conceal down there for a high cardio class?
Post by: Asakawa on March 29, 2019, 02:00:25 PM
I want to take a high cardio class with a lot of jumping but I want to wear yoga pants. I know about tucking but with all the jumping and cardio running I'm scared of things dropping down. Can anyone suggest anything to keep things tight and secure Down there?

I do a lot of running and squatting in tights.  I wear a couple pairs of tight undies and have no problem.  There are extra-tight "control" versions that I like, such as Jockey "Life" models.  You can get them with or without "boy short" legs.  Walmart has them for sure.

I have become famous for wearing running/tennis skirts or skorts in my running group. To the point where it has become a trademark. I wear them on top of leggings or yoga pants.

Thanks for the replies girls. I have done the short skirt approach before but I want to be able to do it with just yoga pants or tight shorts. I am just afraid of things coming out and me never noticing. I will look into the jockey life models which I have never heard of before. Does anyone else have any other tips?

I wear compression shorts under my leggings to protect my hamstrings and groin muscles. They are excellent at protecting my aged muscles from strain and I never had an issue with any dangly bits when that was a problem either.

That is an excellent idea! I'll have to pick up one of these as women compression shorts for the class. This is by far the best choice. Thank you!
