As a part time transgender woman for the past 15 years, I have had many experiences helping other trans women and men make a successful job change in their chosen gender.

In 2011, I discovered (LOL) that there were only so many hours in the day that I can devote to this project, so now I do   occasional webinars on specific topics that I have found of particular interest to the MTF community
