Last month I had an orchiectomy. In pre-op they brought me a form I had to sign to understand that this is a sterilization procedure and cannot be reversed. I signed the form and stuck it im my bag went back to being nervous right before surgery.
Come third day after surgery and starting to get bored I started reading all the information that came back with me from the hospital.
The last line on the consent form right above where I signed read as:
"However, it has been further explained to me that the procedure is not 100% effective, meaning that there is a possibility that in the future I may become pregnant"
I had to read this twice to make sure it really said that and then had a good laugh.
At my post-op appointment I told the surgeon what it said He laughed and told me that if it happens to make sure I notify Him so he can get a good write up in one on the Medical Journals.
Have a wonderful day everyone

hahah that's glorious. Did they just use the tubal ligation form or something?
Yes it was a female sterilization form , but didn't have my eyeglasses on at the time so didn't know what I had signed.
