Yes.
Any warnings you may have heard are for women over 35 and the types of estrogen used in birth control pills.
Plain old estradiol (generic Estrace in the States) is fine. Plenty if us slightly [emoji846] over
ladies here taking it.

I read here a few other places that letting it dissolve under the tongue is the best method.
A long ways past 40 and I have no problems taking the fun little pills. And yes, I most often dissolve them between my cheek and gum.
Many Endocrinologists prefer to use patches on women over 40.
In a few months I will be 70 and patches are not viable for me because of my various water sports. I take my Estradiol under the tongue twice a day. My blood levels are spot on. It works for me.
I'll (hopefully) soon find out. I'm 65 and have my endocrinologist appointment next week. Pills are standard on the Ontario Drug Benefit plan.
At 52, I'm using estradiol pills. They do just fine for me. Individual results may vary. Talk to your health care provider.
I am well in my 70's and I take Estradiol pills sublingual. My endo sees no problem with this.
