I've recently had a consult for FFS and was sent a virtual FFS pics showing what I'd look like after having certain procedures. My question is this: are these pics a perfect representation of the FFS outcome or is the outcome better in real life?

Nothing in life is guaranteed and a mock-up while designed to represent as accurately as possible is not going to be perfect. That said the surgeon, I wouldn't imagine is blowing smoke and outside of the possibility that the surgeon screws up the procedure I think it should be a fairly accurate representation.
Here's a previous post about it

Thank you for your replies. I was sent VFFS pics from a consult and I wasn't impressed with the result. Now that I know the pics are pretty accurate it helped me decide which surgeon to use.
