I have a question. I'm on HRT and was wondering if wearing a bra with breast forms will effect my HRT breast development?
Will the bra and form pushing and putting pressure on my breasts stop them or deform them at all,?
Thanks ladies.

@Wendi Dear Wendi:I have heard mixed reports related to your question.
At the my beginning I wore small and soft breast forms in a push-up bra that had lots of padding. In short order as my breasts just started growing I could eliminate the breast forms and just go with a padded push up bra.
In my opinion, I don't think that breast forms will hamper breast development... but that is just my own personal opinion.
Best Wishes,
Danielle ..

Hi,
I wore breast forms before I started HRT in 2011, by about 1 year I no longer needed them, with a push up bra. I realized a B cup myself after 8 years, and quite happy today. My opinion is that there was no change in my outcome by using breast forms.
good luck to you

I've wondered about this also. I suppose if there isn't an uncomfortable amount of pressure it shouldn't limit development. My breasts seem to be developing ok with my current forms, but I'd imagine I'll have to look at different forms or cup sizes at some stage to stay comfortable. I don't know if I can reduce my upper body size enough to look proportionate without forms or surgery, so my plans do include forms for a while.

From a medical stand point, I couldn't see why unless your wearing to bed. When you sleep is typically when the body repairs and redistributes things (hence why it's important for kiddos to get sleep)
Thanks for all the replies sisters. I'm glad to hear it'll do no harm as I really like wearing them.
I can't wait for the day I don't need them though. :)

Hi .... well I don't think anything could stop breast development. Excepting hormones or the blocking of same ofcourse.
The ftm perspective teaches that no matter what you do the breasts develop.
If you bind them tightly they will hurt.
