Hi everyone,
As some of you may know I started HRT about a month and a week ago and for a while I've had a question that I was really unsure about. Will I build muscle if I try to tone up my arms? My upper arms have a lot of flab and they look really bad and I do really want to get them to look tone but I'm very scared of getting muscle. So if some of you could shed some light on this for me I would totally appreciate it. Thank you all. :D
Do light weights, lots of reps for toning. Heavy weights and low reps tend to build muscle, so avoid that.
