I don't know if I can pull them off or not with my face shape
I'm trying to hide my high hairline and forehead/upper brow area
Thanks

Go for it, but my honest opinion looking at your 2nd photo is that you don't need to.
Great pics, BTW.

I love bangs, side swept or downward.
If you wear a wig or need false bangs, there are clip-on downward bangs you can find at beauty supply stores. But it is better to have a wig styled with the bangs you want, and it is best to have your own hair styled the way you want it. Side swept bangs give me more flexibility in parting my hair for sure. Downward bangs can be more youthful in appearance but guess what, bangs or no bangs is a personal decision for you to decide what is best for you!
I do not wear a wig often; however, there are so many potentially flattering styles.

By the way some beauty supply stores say they serve or sell to professionals only, not the general public. But I have found them to be quite accommodating. It is not like they check a membership card or professional license. Maybe some do. Not doubt there are some that truly sell only to professionals, and that is okay if that is what who they wish to serve.
Plus prices are often very reasonable. I like going in and getting hair clips, adornments, barrettes, hairbands, combs, brushes, hair products. At times, I even bought wigs. Hair styling equipment (such as scissors, what I call hair thinner scissors, and straighteners) you can get there too, in many price ranges.

My brow especially right above the sockets looks like a shelf from the side and lower angles
I measured and it protrudes almost an inch from my eyelids
Front facing pics don't pick it up that much because it's softened a little but make no mistake I still look very male in person
Another issue is forehead length
People downplay how important that feminine distance from your hairline to your nose and eyes matters to pass
That's coming from someone who still had a near perfect male hairline before
Your upper third is the most important part of passing other than voice and chest size
It's a subconscious pyschological thing humans use to gender people

I prefer bangs for similar reasons. My brows are rather sparse toward the outside edges and bangs cover them nicely. I agree with Lillis that you have a great face and bangs or not, you look good. I get what you mean about side views being different. So bangs or hair that is long enough to frame your face will help to conceal that.
I have posted some pics of me over the years that might help you see what I mean.
