What animal or bug scares you?

Bears?  Snakes?  Sharks?  Bees?  Ants?  Spiders?

None of those bother me.

But the vinegaroon gives me the heebie-jeebies.
Scorpion? No problem. Vinegaroon. Shiver and run away.

Stay away from them then!

Whatever is looking back at me when I check my gloves or shoes.

The one that suddenly appears between my glasses and eyeball.

Whichever one just bit, especially when it feels like someone drove a train spike into me.

The one that's crawling up my back, and I can't see what it is.

There are many others...

Love always -- Jess

Yikes!  I can see how those may be frightening or at least bothersome!

Spiders, cannot stand them at all and I freak out when I see one. I have been this way since I was a kid at age 11. Some love to pull spider pranks on me,a couple of my husband's friends love to do this on April Fool's day every year on me.

Bees, wasps, and hornets. Those are the only thing I have a fear of. I won't say it's a phobia because I don't think it's irrational. I saw my brother get stung by a hornet when we were kids. He had to go to hospital due to an allergic reaction. They utterly petrify me. I will not go in a room if there is a flying buzzy thing within 10 feet of me.

I love spiders. I have Shelob's offspring in my shed. She's gigantic and I keep trying to get her to run across my hand but she keeps trying to run away. But yeah... snakes, spiders or whatever... I quite like those. But the buzzy, wingy, stingy things... no thank you!

I do not like big hairy millipedes or scorpions or tarantula hawks or most spiders and certainly mosquitoes.

Wasps are no fun to be around.

I am a Scorpio. Astrologically speaking. Sign of the Scorpion. And yeah I agree with most of it. You don't get stung unless you deserve it. :P The rest of them... way too trigger happy :P

Bed bugs are most definitely the ones that scare me and are what nightmares are made of. Hugs

Hi Everyone

In Australia we have our collection of nasties, including spiders (funnel web), Red back (spider), snakes (western brown), jelly fish (chronis flexis), blue ringed octopus, crocodiles and sharks (great white).  There is a lot more of them, I just listed the worse.  The most weird one is the platypus, but you would be extremely lucky to come across one.  Oops, one more, the stone fish (deadly spines) cannot swim really.

In terms of any of those listed above and other 'bugs' and 'animals'.  I'm not afraid of them.  Thats not to say I'm careful when I come across them and I will treat them with respect and avoid or take care of them if possible.

I've learned to tolerate/respect most, as long as they remain out of doors.  Not to deny frequent squeamishness (think, squealing like a girl).

As a submariner from back in the day, I say "Stay out of the people tank and I'll leave you be."  My kids even picked that up.  Fun to see them avoid confronting any creepy crawly while saying it.  Besides, killing spiders indoors is bad luck.

To be fair I would be terrified of probably EVERYTHING that lives in Australia... other than the people. It feels like ALL the wildlife is designed to be like... as horribly nasty as possible. Other than the Koala. And maybe the Wallaby. But everything else... you take your life in your hands getting within like 40 feet of it, lol.

Hi Everyone

If you come to Australia I will be your security guard your tour guide, so that you do not come across any trouble while you visit the wonderful wicked land of OZ.

You think the Wallabies and Koala's are safe?  Well I have news for you!  If you cuddle a Koala, they will tend to pee all over you and if you get into a boxing match with a Wallaby they will kick your guts out, more so the Big Red Kangaroo's.

Tourists have no idea.

I do not like cockroaches.  Saw a lot when volunteering to help tidying up an elderly couple's home inside and out.  I was depressed with experiencing the mess they lived in.  At least the place was much cleaner when we left that day.
