The great voice actor who did these has sadly passed away yesterday at 99yo.
David Graham, yes. Other shows such as Fireball XL5, too. He sounded very authoritative but I have no idea what he looked like.

Thunderbird 4 ( small yellow-coloured utility ) underwater rescues
Thunderbird 5 ( space station) monitoring all communications around the globe
And not forgetting Lady Penelope and parker in the pink limo

Some of the supermarionation shows aired syndicated in US in the 60s too.
As a child I watched Supercar, Fireball XL5 (still remember the theme song), and The Thunderbirds.
