I see my other photos have disappeared. I think it was when I changed my email for Facebook.
I did find some more photos. The My Scene dolls on the Vespa scooters I had lined them up and afterwords decided to take the photo. She just happened to get set down by the bottle. Lara Croft meets the mighty dragon. The Wolf sisters eating hamburger.

At one time I was considering doing a wedding video. The idea of having to build the inside of a church got overwhelming as tried to figure out the seating.

I also was thinking about a little band doing the song "wipe out." It would have to be a private video because of copyright.

This was my big Barbie. Unfortunately some kids were over, and one young boy was a Barbie hater. When he got done beating up Barbie, she had a broken neck and eventually ended up in the garbage.

Greatly enjoyed viewing the Barbie themes. The girl knows how to have fun. thanks.

I agree, those things look dangerous! 🤕
Doing some more work on the bob sled. Unfortunately, one part split as I was drilling a hole. I still need to work on the front so that it fits the horses or just a hitch for the snowmobile.

I compare items to see how they might fit together. Here we have Captain Action and Elroy checking out a Z scale Great Northern engine. Captain Action now has his own model train.
Some day I might get a scale size Lionel train controller.
I had thought of a Z scale replica of the Addams Family toy trains, but it would take up the whole table top.
Elroy found my 1/16 scale tractor and decided he wanted to go riding.

My mother's father collected trains. I don't know what scale (HO?), but his upstairs was a huge play area with several railroads running around all four walls on shelves. In one corner was the "city" where he had built a town with landscaping, buildings, streets with cars, people walking and riding bicycles, and of course a large railyard.
He later built a larger-scale train out in his yard, with tracks and a trestle. He used a lawn mower engine for the locomotive and it was big enough to sit on. He built all of the cars by hand, including flatbeds that he used to haul firewood from the forest at the back of his property. He called it the B.M. & K Railroad (Bob, Myrt & Kids) and grandma made engineer caps for each of us to wear.
After he passed away, the train and tracks were sold off. The caboose was very detailed and was on display in a local museum. I don't know if the museum is in Erie, or if it was part of the city of Northeast, PA's Historical Society. I would love to go there and see it!
Elroy also likes the Hot Wheel size toys.

Love it, Michelle! In my humble opinion, the Tomb Raider can wear whatever she darn well wants to wear.
Been doing some cleaning today. Moving stuff around and combining boxes. Finally enough room to set up my new to me toy.

This is the Adventure Team Mobile Support Vehicle. Captain Action wants something like it for a command center, I think I heard Steve Austin say he wanted to check if it would make a bionic control center.
Michelle
As Long as I was cleaning I made room for another toy that arrived today.

I finally found my old GI Joes again. My idea was to put them into dress uniforms, and display them on a shelf. they were hidden in a box in my closet. They were all nude, and the closest thing I could find was a box of Barbie clothes. I couldn't resist, so I they got dressed in barbie clothes.
Jim Bob Wan actually did body work, changing the GI Joe into a female doll. I ran into his website while searching for articulated female dolls.
All four have made in USA marked on their rears, as do the 2 fuzzy face Adventure Team figures.
Michelle
I think there were 6 total at the time that I had bought back in the 1960s along with some of the equipment. I don't recall giving them to my brother, but he had a claim on them and they were in his possession. It was like when I returned from the military, he had them. So when I moved here, I just grabbed the box with them in it. They had not been taken care of and a lot of stuff is missing pieces. I guess I can say my GI Joes have returned to me.
Michelle
Like I said, they weren't very well taken care of. Supposed to tell which branch of service by the hair color. Straightening things up a bit and found an outfit for him. He took a bit of cleaning, possibly laid around more due to his broken leg.
Just a thought that the GI Joes might have been considered ok, being dolls for boys. Still not knowing if either parent would approve girl dolls. I did buy captain Action and the GI Joes before my dad died, All my Barbies and others were bought after he died.

GI Joe was a hero. He should contact the VA and file a disability claim. ;D
Ordered another land rover. I think the first one I've had for over 20 years, bought for my Lara Croft.
The second one was bought for parts as I had lost the steering wheel from the first one, then found a steering wheel online. I have ordered a third land rover, this time it is a Palitoy (UK version). And it will need some work, missing front bumper, etc.
Original to me, Geyperman (Spanish version).....Second, Group Action Joe (French Version)
Notice both have the steering wheel on the left. The one on right came with the wrong stickers
Finally received the 3rd Land Rover.
The middle one is missing the hood and windshield, or should I say bonnet and windscreen.
Two of them are missing the front bumpers. All three were shipped from USA addresses so none had the high international shipping. Using damaged vehicles, I can customize them without devaluing them.
Depending on how I might want to do the rear, I have some rear bumpers to do. I'll need to view full size vehicles to see what they look like. I might do some side panels to make them more realistic.
It was interesting to watch the video converting one to a pink SAS Pink Panther.

When I moved into this house, Some of my dolls got put into wooden boxes. Actually most were in the boxes prior to my move. They are just stacked, a modular shelving idea. All I had to do was grab the box, leaving the dolls in them, tip them back, and put them in my truck.
Anyway these four ended up next to the computer, and became an inspiration. they have been there since the move.

First is Killer Kiyoha, I think the mail delivery just tossed it up on our deck, and the dog tore it open. I did manage to find everything.
Killer Kiyoha says we will fight.
She Ra says we have the power.
Tomb Raider says life is an adventure.
Leeloo says not without permission.

I love this! Did you give them a group name, like "The Fantastic Four" or something equally epic?

Finally got the garage cleaned out. Trying to figure out what to put in it.
I am considering building a new garage. It would be 4 ft. by 4 ft., with removable walls for making videos
Michelle
I like the handcuffs on the wall.
Captain Action and Lady Action.
They did make a collector doll of Lady Action, but I believe it was 18 inches tall. This is my version.
Michelle
I know it is not Barbie size. But they also make GI Joes in 6 inch size. I had considered once to measure the doll house and convert it to Barbie size.
Below the doll house is Joe's garage. Above the dollhouse is my Mego Star Trek playset. It is a "Planet of the Apes" figure in the captain's chair.
Michelle
Finally checking my GI Joe outfits. These are the worst ones.
It almost look like they had been washed and thrown into a box wet. The one shirt just looks like the seam have come undone and needs to be sewn back on. I think the field jacket just needs some ironing.
The camouflage jeans and shirt have holes in them, might be best to just salvage the snaps. I could rip the seams and use them for patterns. I saw someplace that used an iron on transfer to put the camouflage pattern onto some fabric and then cut out and sewed a new outfit.
Michelle
You need a Barbie-size iron and ironing board. ;D
They do look a little bit better after ironing.
I decided to take a shirt and the field jacket with me shopping to match up thread. The shirts are missing buttons and snaps. The bottom shirt needs the sleeve to be sewn back on. The field jacket need a weave repair on the sleeve and lower pockets.
Unfortunately, it looks like I need to order the buttons from China to get the proper color. I know it would be easier to just get replacement outfits from Ebay.
Michelle
I did notice that all the GI Joe labels are missing from the outfits.
I am a bit behind in my projects. Now that my printer is printing properly again, I have a bunch of boxes to take care of.
Kind of a before and after of the Monster High doll. I tried my hand at animal painting a long time ago.
The grocery cart was a bit difficult to find. The boxes in the cart were printed out flat, cut out, folded and glued. But first regular sized food boxes and cigarette cartons were scanned into the computer, resized, cut and pasted to be printed out flat.
Michelle
That is clever. Good job!

My dad made this when I was in high school, some time around 1966-1967.
It has since been chopped up, and I was planning making a Barbie size reproduction. Since it was back then, it was likely the first one.
Michelle
Keystone, SD has a Presidential Wax Museum. The National Wood Carvers Museum was in Custer, SD, but is now closed. The Dahl Brothers are local masters of chainsaw carvings. In addition to their outlets in Hill City and Deadwood, there is also the Dahl Arts Center (Art Gallery) here in Rapid City.

I don't know how old this photo is. Driving forklift I got a bit out of shape, and my weight went up to 180 pounds. Anyway, I'm guessing somewhere around 2000, the first female Halloween costume. The jeans were because of the weird fear that someone might want to check under my skirt.

I bought a hobby drill. My drill bits were to small for the 1/4 inch drill. Assembly Required.
