Title says all.
On the average men have greater physical strength and are more physically and sexually agressive. Therefore, I am afraid of them. This is why am taking a martial arts class, to stop being afraid.
I'm confused. . .
women more intimidating than men?
I think we may be for men often enough.
"Even Tyrants are afraid of women"
Because if you annoy a man enough, he will hit you. You will heal, and the pain is transitory. If you annoy a woman enough, she will engage in a concerted campaign of psychological torture that will make you wish you'd never been born.

Well for me at least.

That was marvelously said Dennis :D I really have to say.
Why are Women more intimidating than Men?
It depends on the individual regardless of their gender. I don't usually find women intimidating....

Are you dating my ex Dennis?

See Den has met some harpies as well.
men tend to be less good at hiding their intentions.

How true. And more good at demanding that the intentions be fulfilled. Women are better at deflection and actually viewing the 'field' of the proposed relationship.
Herein lies the difficulty. The two are complementary, but do not always complement.
Although, if you're smart you will compliment.
And that can be difficult as well: what might be seen as complimentary is not always taken that way by either men or women.
N~
Yeah, I once complemented a woman on her bushy moustache, she was not happy.
I'm sure. Most of us just hate that!!!
I had in mind the thread from the other day about suggesting that it was complimentary to be the object of someone's unbridled lust and being told about it. ::)
N~
I'm not sure that any such generalizations do anyone any good. I know physically dominant women, and men who couldn't scare anyone. Women who are mean, others who are not.
Lack of comprehensiveness does not negate a general description. It does negate a specific one on an individual basis.

I'm intimidated by women because they seem to be both amazingly judgmental and terrified of being judged, they tend to secretly view one another as enemies, and they tend to hurt others without actually considering the consequences.
Though I have a lot of experience in making them fall in love with me for fun because a lot of them are just waiting for someone (anyone) to sweep them off their feet. =/
Keep in mind that I only really know a bunch of clique-y high school girls, though. XD

The scariest kind. A 15 year old girl can drive you from complete calm to raving psychological wreck in less time than it takes her to check her nail polish.

Lucky bastard! I can barely even talk to a girl. Espcially face to face. Online, they're significantly less intimidating.
LOL, Nero. Now if only I could bring myself to sleep with them. XD

P.S. One need only listen to Billy Joel's "She's Always a Woman to Me" to learn of the supernatural powers with which we are invested - NOT!
