Do you like goat milk or goat cheese?

I only use goat milk for one recipe: my grandmother's Goat Milk Fudge. It is AWESOME!
Use any box fudge mix that you like. The recipe usually calls for one can of condensed milk. Substitute with one can of goat's milk. It is that simple and a world of difference. You can usually find canned goat's milk in the same place the grocers stock condensed milk.
You are welcome. ;D
I remember eating goat cheese. My grandma immigrated here from Norway in 1927 and she ate goat cheese.
As I understand it, there are two main type of goat cheese.
One is harder than the other. The softer type is good for spreading on crackers.

Only when my grandfather use to milk the goat, and my grandma would boil it before serving it.
I don't know if I still like now, I haven't tried it since.
I dont do milk apart from in recipes or porridge, I have tried goats cheese and it was okay.
I have not tried goat dairy products.

If I see it going on sale, I may give this a try.
I've eaten goat cheese but it's been a long time. Thought it was good.
Soft goats cheese is ok. I haven't found a cheese I dislike but hard goats cheese wasn't one of my favourites. Dad won some in a raffle at the RAFA club when I was a kid and I remember it turning into a science project
I did try some goat cheese, it was okay but I am a strong Cheddar girl
