How often do you go eat at a primarily sit down non-fast food restaurant?
Coffee shops that serve real meals (not food just as a sideline) do count.
These do not have to be classy high end restaurants.
Sandwich shops count but not fast food such as McDonald's.

Very rarely.
I can't afford the prices, no matter how good the food is. Consequently, I go for a celebration of some kind, or to satisfy a craving, or to reward a friend for help they have given, or when traveling. This happens about once every couple of months. However, tomorrow will be the second time this month.
Only once a year in recent years. I ought to go out more often.

When you do go to this type of restaurant, is it usually with one or more others?
Eating out alone is not that much fun. Sometimes you just have to, such as when you are traveling.
I would say once a week, if you count all mealtimes.
Sometimes more than that, especially when traveling.
Every meal while traveling. 1 to 2 times a month around our village.
