Have you eaten Haggis?
Haggis is a traditional Scottish dish, often served on Burns Night to commemorate the Scottish poet Robert Burns. It consists of the heart, liver, and lungs of a sheep, mixed with onions, oatmeal, and suet, traditionally stuffed into a sheep's stomach and boiled. The dish is celebrated for its rich, savory flavors, though it is banned in the USA because of the inclusion of sheep lungs, which are illegal to eat in the USA.
Of course I have being a half Scot! Mum was from Buckie
I think I probably have, as a kid growing up in Scotland. I have no actual memory of it. I probably repressed the memory. ;)
I think I will pass on eating that, unless I did not know I was eating it!
Yes. Some years ago. No big deal. Especially if there is mustard or tabasco available :)
Nope, never had it. Anyone for kiszka, Polish blood sausage. Has about the same appeal to me. LOL But, to each their own.
