Love them. Usually  cheese  sometimes with ham or tomato

They are my preferred way to eat eggs.

I eat either ham and cheese or Western (aka Denver) omelets. The ingredients differ slightly between restaurants but include ham, cheese, onions, sweet peppers, and mushrooms.

Yes, of course.  How not?   ;D

My mantra adopted from an uncle back in the day, "Just order a ham and cheese omelet.  They can't likely screw that up."
