Do you like to eat ice cream cones?
Of course, I mean not just the cones, but filled with ice cream!
No. Just no. When the temperature in the UK rises to something that makes a Canadian comfy... you can't sell enough of them. But no. I hate ice cream with a passion. It makes me feel sick.
I like to get a cone with scooped ice cream (not that serve serve) with two scoops of not identical flavors.
Prefer mine upside down in a cup :) Yummy, two flavors sometimes, but they must compliment each other.
Fried ice cream from an authentic Mexican restaurant. YUM!

I gather the ice cream melted.

No, it doesn't. They take a ball of ice cream and roll it in a coating of brown sugar and something that looks like crushed Frosted Flakes cereal. Then it is dropped into a deep fryer for just a few seconds. That crisps the outer coating, but doesn't melt the ice cream inside.
Next time you go to a Mexican restaurant, check their dessert menu. It is awesome!
While stationed in Germany, I went to an Italian ice cream shop and had spaghetti ice cream. That will blow your mind. I used to make it for my kids.
Vanilla ice cream that is not frozen hard. It needs to be a little soft. Run it through a hand spaghetti noodle press to create the noodles. (Pro Tip: chill the plate first so the noodles don't melt.) The "sauce" is just frozen strawberries, mostly thawed. It gives the illusion of sauce with meatballs and stewed tomatoes.
If you want to get really fancy, shave some white chocolate on top to look like Parmesan cheese. ;D

Okay, I will. Thank you, Lori.
