Title: I learnt something today
Post by: jonjon on January 24, 2008, 05:09:39 AM
As i do everyday.

But today, my intrigue of whether souls exist or not has extended my knowledge a little further and given me the answer to what was keeping me awake the other night.

It has been scientifically recorded that when people have 'outer body experiences' or 'death experiences' such as when someone dies in surgery and gets resuscitated, that the body becomes someone lighter during which... and then back to normal weight when they come back.. suggesting something (some say ectoplasm) leaves the body and thus returns. A huge indication human bodies are governed by something spiritual.

And thus... i have learned... this is why dead bodies float and live bodies sink  ;D And also comes to make me believe our arms and legs aren't inhabited by that something spiritual. They always float.

There's also the fact that the gases produced by decomposition will cause a dead body to float. Which means that live bodies aren't decomposing.
