Lisa Jeynes has lost her appeal
Big Brother 4 housemate Lisa Jeynes, who claims she was portrayed as a man posing as a woman, has lost her appeal against a judge's decision to throw out her libel action.
The 39-year-old model, from the 2003 series, wasn't at the Court of Appeal to hear three judges conclude such a meaning would be irrational, fanciful or absurd.
