The poll was inspired by this post https://www.susans.org/forums/index.php/topic,26109.0.html. It got me thinking about my orientation and what a old friend said to me once "You are your true self in dreams" I don't know if this has any truth in it but this is my idea behind this poll. She probably quoted it from a movie. I am a 3 and 6. And lately my dreams has a lot of heterosexual target gender in them. This has me all confused.

I have sexual dreams sometimes. Not much. I have been myself and been with both males and females in the dreams I have had like that. Bi-sexual "target" gender. :)

Just a small question though, Anna. Is the target gender the one people are shooting at in  my dreams? :laugh:

In my dreams I like guys too, but I have had (two or three in my entire life, I think) where I have dreamt that I am with girls (not having sex but naked on the bed)  Eeeewwwww!  :eusa_sick: (no offense to anyone of course; it just isn't my cup of tea  :P)

myself when i have these dreams it tends to be with other girls . and some times guys

I've had one of some of the most intense orgasms in my life through a dream.
It was pretty real.

I never get sexual dreams....I wish I did.....most of my dreams are usually nightmares!

Everytime I do have a dream...sexual or not, if I am in it I am a hetro-male.   I will say the exception to this would be when I was VERY stressed about work and it carried over in a dream where I am who I am now.  But when not stressed and just dealing with normal every day life... my dreams have been right on.

The dreams don't have to be having sex or sexual. It could be meeting someone, walking in the park, being torture by friends and family, or saving the world in your dreams. I kind of did a bit of a stretch on the title to get more views. In composition they tell you don't have a boring title no will read your work. Basically I just was a bit curious about your orientation in dreams. If it match with who you really are?

I didn't vote as I didn't understand the subject lines. I have had two dreams that felt very real to me. They were dreams that I was having sex with a guy and like I said they felt real. I have not, in the past, every had sexual dreams, not even wet dreams as a teen. I have heard of them, but for me have never experienced them. I had these two dreams in the last month or so. I don't know what they mean. I felt very happy with them also very validated.

In all of my dreams I am male, though in some nightmares I have a deformed or dysfunctional penis, and I am homosexual in most of them, though I've had a few in which I have relations with women.

I very rarely have such dreams, and I never see my body in dreams. I voted heterosexual target gender cause I only see myself with my boyfriend if I was post-op (in dreams).

I can't answer this because I don't seem to ever get lucky, even in my sleep.   :'(

lol.  Neither can I really but because I don't remember a lot of my dreams. . . That or they have nothing to do with sex.

i often fight hordes of zombies(or something post apocalyptic), not much sex. I am however, generally female in my dreams.

Since I don't see my body, I know my situation by what happens. I took a nap and just had a dream where I thought I wasn't passing. In real life I hardly worry about it anymore, but I did in the dream. And my dreams are pretty weird, I gave up interpreting them :P I also rarely remember them unless I wake up in the middle or because its a nap (so short; 1 to 3 hours,  and I wake in the middle).

Well, pretty much my whole life I've almost always been female in my dreams, and in regards to sexual dreams I'm usually with a woman. I think I've maybe had a couple before where a guy existed, but I can't really recall specific dream.

i'm female on my dreams.  the sex of my sexual partners are either men or women.

When I dream I am for the most part female and sexual partner is a female, mostly my wife; but there are some nights that I dream that I am with a male partner and I am always a female in those dreams.  A dream with a male partner seems to be to most real than the ones with a female. 

For the first time in a long time I had a dream I remembered.......as me as I am now..
but I never have sexual dreams...
