HB Speaks (blog/commentary)

The closing comment on an exceptionally lengthy thread on Transadvocate prompted me to examine more closely the Words of Harry... that scripture of which, as I've said, fundamentalists are the lest reliable interpreters.I found there quite a lot that ideologues would choose to ignore, focusing instead on the one statement that they believe authorizes their egoism, supplying as it does the phrase "true transsexuals"...

The funny thing is that if a HBS exists, which is far far from being
proved in any way shape of form, there is no saying that it supports
a dichotomy, a binary.

I feel that gender is multifactorial in its probability of being expressed and thus probably rests on a continuum dependent on genetic and environmental factors.
But, such subtlety seems outside the realm of comprehension of HBS apologists.

So, why this uber superiority complex based on nothing!
Who knows? Though the need for certainty is strong in humans
and we all grasp at this kind of straws all the time.
