I was introduced to this at http://www.bilerico.com/ , to give them credit. It's hilarious!

This is so crazy funny.
Though I think Jimmy's reaction was kinda lame,
he should have reacted like this:
- Does that mean were finished?
- What about... Breakup sex...?
Like he still wasn't getting it.
The apple joke reminded me of good Will Hunting.
That is a funny video. I didn't think Jimmy Kimmel reacted overly well either.

That reminded me of a situation I saw a while back, even though the situation wasn't funny, the monologue leading up to it was, and this video reminded me of it...

The messed up part of this video is the Christian group that staged a walkout and poured water on his notes. He handled it very well...
Mike Daisey was performing his monologue INVINCIBLE SUMMER at American Repertory Theatre on April 19th when the show was disrupted by eighty seven members of a Christian group who walked out of the show en masse to protest the content, and chose to physically attack the work by pouring water on and destroying the original of his show outline. For a full account of the experience please visit http://tinyurl.com/3cq5wu and http://mikedaisey.com
Wow, his response, both in the video and in the aftermath, is the most mature response to an immature action that I've ever seen. And his analysis of it is spot on - fear mongering and coopting the language of "safety" to explain their actions.

That christian walkout is so sad.
I wish Sarah Silverman would wise up and find someone other than Kimmel. I got nothing going on saturday nights, or friday nights, or thursday nights, or ...

Yeah, I thought it was kind of lame too. I think the other late night hosts have better improv skills than Kimmel, but nothing against Jimmy. I didn't see the show so I don't know what the interaction was like after they came back from commercials.
I was thinking, or rather speculating in a gossipy sort of way with no way of knowing, that MAYBE, the video was inspired by Kimmel being having cheated on her at some point, and this was her way of getting back at him. Complete speculation, but it would be one hell of a comeback if it were a reaction to him cheating on her.
Sarah Silverman is one of my favorite comedians. She always makes me laugh. She's inspired a lot of great comedians as well. People forget that she's been doing stand up now for over 20 years. She has paid her dues. She's from the group of comedians like David Cross, Patton Oswalt and those people. Extremely talented people.

Oh and did everyone see Conan vs. Colbert and Stewart? They had a big brawl over their 3 shows. With baseball bats, and bricks--it was hilarious.
The writer's strike has made Conan's show better. He does all of these crazy things. Colbert, Conan, and Stewart are the kings of late night. I can't believe people settle for Letterman and Leno. They are so boring and safe.
Leno is worse than boring.
Maybe he should f* Matt Damon.
Just looked it up.
Sarah Silverman and Jimmy have been dating for more than 5 years.
Jimmy has made Matt Damon the butt of countless practical jokes over the
years. So, this is kinda payback.
So, the dumbfounded reaction makes more sense now.
The rap part of the video is just incredibly funny.
The tune itself is so catchy you could end up singing at work.... Don't :-),
Wow. Either I've totally lost all respect for Matt Damon, or he's just become my dream man. Still trying to decide which. That rap-scene was scary as all hell.
As to the Mike Daisey vid. That was just wrong. As Mike says, they don't have a problem with blood dripping on stage, but "I'm Paris Hilton...", that deserves a walk-out. (Damn, but that bit was funny.) Totally screwed up sense of priorities.

Lol, I caught myself humming "...in the car, up against the minibar" the other day before I realized what I was humming.

Jimmie Kimmel did a response to Sarah Silverman...

Wow, way to raise the ante. I think Jimmy won this round.
Lia
Must have taken quite a bit of phone calls to set that up.
How many A or former A listers are in there, dozens and dozens!!!
Quite funny
But, Sarah's one was much funnier and more pointed.
This one is just a how the ->-bleeped-<- did he do that thing.
Just scheduling must have been murder even if they all live in LA or the surrounding.
hahahahahahahaha!
*giglesnort*
Wrong on so many levels "...like they were in prison" yeeeeeesh
A LOT of favours must have been called in to get this to happen.
