The National Gay and Lesbian Task Force is in the middle of its 20th annual meeting, the Creating Change conference, which is chock full of workshops, networking sessions and training with movers and shakers in the LGBT movement. Sorry to say, day job obligations prevented me from attending this year. But here's a peek.
