blue eyes here
Actually, my eyes seem to alternate between blue and green as well. They seem to be predominately blue however so I chose that option.
My eyes are hazleish shifting between green and gold and everything between, but lately Ive been haveing grey and blue flecks or rims show up... *Shrugs*
Seems to depend on my mood *heheheh* :D
My eyes are bright blue.
I did not vote, for I have always considered my eyes to be what I understand to be Hazel, but am told by different individuals that they are different shades or colors and range from a greyish blue to different shades of green or one being blueish oand the other greenish, I do not know.
Terri
Hazel, or so I'm told. Green with a noticeable brownish tinge, actually.
-Celia
Mine are brown (as I voted) with a slight hint of green in places.
baby blue eyes here
Classic scandinavian blond hair, blue eyes.
Mine change from blue to green but around my pupils there is a gold area that looks almost like a child's drawing of rays coming off of the sun. Depending on how dilated my pupils are it goes from a sunburst to just a ring around my pupil. It's always kind of reminded me of a corona during a solar ecclipse with fire surrounding a dark center.
Grey
My eyes are big and brown.
Like a cow eyes I've been told.
:)
Jillieann
Brown, just like my dad...
I have kind of a golden brown eye color right now, but after HRT, who knows. I had heard it changes your eye color on another forum.
Melissa
Apparently true... I voted brown, but since starting HRT they have slowly turning grey from the outside toward the center.
Melissa,
Are your eyes still the same color? They shoud be, I have never heard that they will change after hormones. Mine never did the first time I was on hormones, not this time either.
Marco
Yes they are still the same color for the most part. They shift from brown to Hazel, but I think they shift further than they did before. I have heard from many people that it changes with HRT.
Melissa
Mine are grey-blue.
Nero
My eyes are BROWN!! ::)
Pam
My eyes are: tada da da.....
DARK BROWN
tinkerbell :icon_chick:
I did not know that they can change color, Melissa That is cool. I wouldn't want mine to anyway. They are like a ice blue.
Marco
I've only heard about it happening with MtF HRT.
Melissa
Oh. That would explain it.
Marco
I have green eyes like a cat!

I was under the misconception that hazel was much more of a green shade. It really is a bit ambiguous. From what I could find online, it's supposed to usually be light brown, but can include have green shades or medium shades of brown. It tends to also not appear as a solid color, but rather a more scattered look.
So, I guess my eyes are hazel. I better go and get my license changed. ::)
red like the rest of my body.
A very dark brown. And no I've never noticed nor has anyone remarked on a color change on me.
Rashelle
Me eyes are Dark Brown,
It's kind of strange because Marciel's (My anima/feminine side/true self) eye color looks like a glowing aqua color. If I invert her eye color (the closest I can get) in photo shop I always end up with my real eye color.
It probably represents Yin and Yang in some way.

go blue, go!!
Hey, I'm a pro, so I'll use pantone colours. ;)
Either I'm Pantone 168C=Golden Brown , or 791C=claret, a color between light and dark marroon.
Whatever code it is, I have a very warm medium brown.
That's why my original hair color, darkest brown just before black, doesn't quite suite me compared to being a redhead or even a golden blond.
My skin tone is Apricot, pantone 1555C or 1625C (neutral with an orange undertone)
I have basic brown. But one day at work, I was going over some work with a Turkish co-worker. She looked up at me just as the late afternoon sun was slanting through the window onto my face, and said to me, "Gözlerin bal rengi" which means 'Your eyes are honey-colored'. It was one of the nicest compliments I'd ever received, and sounded so sweet when said in Turkish. My beautiful eyes are my best feature, I'm grateful for them. When lit up by sunlight, the honey color becomes visible.

Do you two mean amber eyes? I mean eyes that are literally the shade of amber stone. My late partner had amber eyes. The most beautiful eye shade in the world. :'(
I was born with one brown eye and one green eye. Gradually, they both changed first to green, then to brown, and finally stopped at a yellowish-brown, or gold. My sister used to taunt me about it, which is why I remember so well. I've also had them called amber, but it depends on the lighting. More light makes the yellow show more. I wear glasses, so nobody except for my partners ever see 'em.
Green.

Mine are brown (most of the time), but change to green. Since this option wasn't available, I voted Brown.

awww he's precious. and yes, he does resemble a lamb! My cat's eyes are a mint green with one eye being half blue. He's a standard white short hair. Very fat and very grumpy.
At the moment, my eyes are amber with tiny patches of green here and there. My daughter has the coolest eyes. Hers are mainly blue, but her right eye is about 1/3 light brown and her left has just a tiny smudge of light brown. The cool part is her mother's eyes are blueish gray and mine are the other. This is called heterochromia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heterochromia).
Mine are brown but I wear color contacts :D so other
Mine are very dark brown. My sister has the most amazing light brown eyes that look like sunflowers with little sunflowers in the background. She's gotten a bit annoyed with the nickname 'Sunflower eyes' by now though.
The eye doctor to me that when a person gets older a grey ring develops on the outer edge of the pupil. I think he said it was because of cholesterol, not meaning that you have high levels. My eyes are brown with the grey ring.
Samantha
Mine are blue
Dark Brown
They started brown but have gotten more hazel throughout the years.
brown eyed girl
Poop colored eyes.
No one will love these poop eyes.
My eyes, which are blue, have developed a much more prominent dark ring round the iris since I went on hormones. (Does that ring have a name? - does, it's called the Limbal Ring, apparently.)

Same here.
HAZEL
Now, you all have done it again! First you had me looking for hair on my knuckles, shoe size and other things I go unnoticed. Now you have me look into my eyes! They are hazel with a green outer ring, tan, to brown near the pupil. The outer ring of green has expanded with a dark teal on the outer edge! It is now 60% green with the eyes in the light, pupil minimized. Used to be about 33% each color ring. Brown eyes turning to hazel as mentioned above? It happens in my family.
Joelene
Mine are hazel but they look light brown sometimes :)
Mine are usually some shade of green. Most days are a vivid kelly green, some days lighter green, other days they shift to a paler gray blue but that's more rare for me.
I found this interesting..
"It would appear, then that hormones may have effect iris pigmentation and this might explain the change in eye color sometimes seen in adults. "

Slightly scary electric blue here.
hazel, predominantly green with a ring of orange around the pupil and a darker band of blueish green on the circumference, though they change colour depending on the light. i've always loved my eye colour.
Brown, although I wonder how purple dragon eye contacts or even cats eyes would look

Funny....I'm of mixed heritage and as a very young child I had almost platinum blond straight hair and very darkbrown eyes with a few green specs.
When I was around 15 my straight hair turned darker and darker until almost black around the time I was 20.
When I was around 26, on HRT my straight hair turned reddish/auburn.
Until +/- 8 years ago; then I noticed my straight hair turned brown and slowly became curly/wavy. Still developing curls.
But the strangest of it all is all the dark brown faded from my eyes which are turning green. In some light they are bright green now with a tinge of grey. Also a process lasting for +/- 8 years now.
My (mixed blooded) mother had dark green eyes which faded to light grey over the years.
Probably I'll wind up with light grey eyes too over the years.
Brownnn. Nothing special. I'd probably look really creepy with a different eye color. xD
Brown
My eyes are naturally blue but RGP's make one blue/green and the other slightly barker blue
green eyes here
My eyes appear blue, occasionally green. I'm not sure how many people are as interested in eye color as much as me but I actually took this photo to see what my eye color looked like with as flat and as neutral colored as possible studio lighting. My contacts are clear, if anyone noticed that I had them on and was wondering. My eyes are distinctly slightly greenish blue with some orange/yellow streaks. If I ever get some professional equipment again I'd be interested in taking other people's eye pictures to see what odd color combinations they had. Anyways this is probably boring most people, I just thought it was really cool.
