Don't blame GLAAD for 'pregnant man'

"I'm not at all surprised — or disappointed — in GLAAD's silence on
this topic. It was clear from the start of this orchestrated media
onslaught that the "pregnant man" story is all about ginning up
publicity to score Beatie a book deal/Lifetime movie of the
week/reality show. Take your pick. At a time when we can't get the
mainstream media to identify openly gay soldiers killed in Iraq as
gay, it's unbearably frustrating to see the "pregnant man" turn up on
Oprah, Letterman, CNN and People magazine."
