"WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A bill barring employers and insurers from
discriminating against people based on their genetics won unanimous
passage in the U.S. Senate on Thursday, moving one step from final
congressional approval."
Interesting. Hopefully, some enterprising lawyers will be able to convince courts down the road (if this becomes law) that being transgender (or, at least, post-transition transsexual) is a genetic issue and therefore discrimination against us would be illegal. That would be nice.
