The Androgynous Pharaoh? Akhenaten had feminine physique
By ALEX DOMINGUEZ, Associated Press Writer
BALTIMORE - Akhenaten wasn't the most manly pharaoh, even though he fathered at least a half-dozen children. In fact, his form was quite feminine, which has puzzled experts for years. And he was a bit of an egghead.

Perhaps he just got a Ra deal. (Sorry can't help it, got to use that classical education for something.)

I've heard about this. Think it was a Discovery Documentary. Very interesting stuff comes from family inbreeding I must say. Almost makes me wonder if I would have been better off with someone in my family doing their cousin so I'd already be feminine...
Yeah. I'm weird... :P

It might be appropriate to have the drummer from Sun Ra's Arkestra play it in this case ;)

Yeah, but his drummer sounded like three tennis shoes in a dryer (think about it), never did a band get so much attention for playing so wrong as Sun Ra's.
I've previously heard "tennis shoes in a dryer" referring to the bodhran, Irish drum, when played badly.

I hear it used to describe Mickey Hart a lot too.
