im going on a trip from my home state of california to boston, MA next weekend and i need to ask a question. when you go on flights and your bring your HRT meds along with you do they usually ask about those when they like look in your purse or your carry-on or any other lugage you may have? because im going away for like a week and i need to bring them along with me and im kinda concerned about it because my legal name is on the perscription bottle (ie. name i want to get rid of) instead of my real name (ie. the name i like and am being called). anyway i hope ive made sense with what ive just said and thank you all for any answers you can give me. :D
put them in the checked rather than carry on luggage if possible.
actually that wont be possible unfortunately. i need them while in the fight.
Take the minimal amount you need with you, Do not put them in a metal tin or can, or container. It might help to have ID that matches the script, but I'd be weary about stepping into an airplane or airport with two different IDs.
Use a Monday through Sunday pill box in your purse. Put another in your luggage that will give you two weeks and no prescription bottle.

You will need a government picture ID to match your ticket to get on the plane.
Everytime I fly I have my pills in the pill bottle from the pharmacy with all the data on the lable and I haven't had any problems & I fly internationaly.
And people wonder why I insist on traveling by train. I swear its not just the bar.
I like the day by day pillbox idea, that would look right.
I also use a pill box. I have never had any issues.
