"History will be made when more than 200 same-sex couples head to county offices tomorrow to pick up marriage licenses on the first day such unions become legal.
Among those expected at County Clerk's Office in downtown San Diego when it opens at 7 a.m. are Bob Lehman and Tom Felkner, San Diego residents who have been together for 15 years."
