I am of little to no importance but thought that I would join anyway.
Me? Too close to 40 years old, post-op, atheist, mtf who is way too active for her own good. By active I mean in that big box that has been called the world. Often mistakenly thought of as the only reality that counts. My "spare" time is full of vampires, witches, wizards (look in the yellow pages), spaceships, and FTL travel as I love to read.
Professionally, I am paid to appear to be working. Sometimes I actually have to work but the place where I push buttons and fix the screw ups of others is not exactly very well versed in the whole motivation thing. Speaking of which, I am running a bit late and shall end here.

Mnemosyne,
Welcome to Susans, hope you enjoy your stay. I liked reading your introduction, but pleased dont be alarmed as I have retired from Vampire and Demon slaying.

Welcome Mnemosyne,
Enjoy Susan's. We are here for you and your thoughts are most welcomed.

Apologies for the lateness of the reply although it may be considered rather early depending on your location on the ball spinning, with great effort, in space.
Thanks for the warm welcome and no worries Tink, this is not my first journey through Susans. Am familiar with the rules and usually not a trouble maker although I do have my moments. One of my weaknesses is that I do not tolerate stupidity very well but that should not be an issue here.
Buffy, retired? Did not think such a thing was possible. ;) Nichole, you hit it rather well. I do have to admit that I had to have my memory refreshed a bit. Funny thing is that I recently found some anime by the same name.
Blessed be Simone, good to know that there are at least a few others with similar interests although I have found that in my limited interaction with the T community that sci fi and fantasy are quite popular so I should not be surprised in the least.
Buttercup, thank you. :)
For those who wish to shorten my name, nemo should do well and, in Latin, be quite fitting to the occasion on more than a single level. Or maybe Syne but then I might have to deal with renditions of `Auld lang syne` so mayhaps the longest shall serve as the better.
Off to read a bit of White Knight before sleeping a few hours and starting the routine all over once again. Tell me that I am not the only post op that really hates to dilate; it seems as if my entire day is centered around it.
Welcome Mnemosyne! Good to see you here again.
Zythyra
Thanks Zythyra! :)
