"Cheryl Chase was opposed to making intersex a medical emergency and
was extremely anti-surgery. Bo Laurent, previously Cheryl Chase, is
now founding an association which views intersex as a medical
emergency and which is even more pro-surgery and pathological in its
views of intersex than the previous protocols that John Money had
developed before the Intersex Society of North America was founded by
Chase."
