"The hearing marks Congress' first major look at LGBT employment discrimination since last November, when the House passed a version of the Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA) that did not include protections based on gender identity."

Barney Frank was involved in setting up the meeting. We need to keep an eye out for a knife going into our collective backs. He has never been a friend to the T community.

Nah, he doesn't have to do anything to knife us.  All he has to do is *look* like he is taking action.

Then he gets the credit for being a friend to the transgender community when in fact his inaction is all that is needed to kill it.

In his mind it looks like a win-win.

He was never interested with allowing a bunch of men in dresses wanting to use the ladies bathroom anyway.
