You can keep your genitals and still transition. I'd be mighty jealous, but you can keep them. :laugh:
I think quite a lot of transsexuals do "partial transitions," where they take hormones but don't perform surgery. I'll probably be a lot like that.
Welcome to Susan's, Min.
Your decisions about how or whether to complete a transition are your own and there is no shame, or shouldn't be, in doing what you feel comfortable with. You may well find that as time goes on you'll find that genitals are better when they fit you. But, as Elwood said, not everyone does and they decide that.
In the meantime, read and comment, post and read the answers and just take some time to get to know yourself if you have doubts about exactly who you are or would like to be.

Welcome, I'm also a newbie here.
I personally don't think I'll ever get rid of mine either. but that could change in the future, for now I'm happy having a penis and just crossdressing now and then while I'm by myself.
