Go raibh míle maith agat
Now for those of you who don't speak the Irish, that means "A thousand thank yous." Maebh made our trip go from wonderful to spectacular. Her knowledge of Irish history along with the legends of the country (and the backroads where the most beautiful scenery is located) just went so far towards making this the trip of a lifetime. I'm sorting through the pictures now (about 700 digital and 100 more film to be developed) looking at the beauty of the countryside along with the tragedy of Belfast and Derry.
Speaking of that, this is a photo of a photo from the Bogside Inn, Derry, Northern Ireland. It is a photo of a group of young people facing British troops in the Bogside area. Maebh, would you care to comment further on this photo? >:D
