Just returning from a week trip to Seattle.
On the first day, I saw a lot of women wear one-piece dresses, exposing their shoulders. I guess they want to enjoy sunshine whenever it is warm.
I also purchased one at discounted price of $20 in a mall. One of my 'sisters' there recommended that dress for me.
However, as it was getting chilly, I did not have any chance to wear it to go out. Fortunately, it became warmer in the afternoon of Thursday. I went out with the sister for dinner. Because of the summer saving time, it was still bright. We went to a Starbucks.
Unlike my country, not so many people stared at me. I noticed a few women who are as tall as me. Still some women, especially 20's, looked at me. When I wore the one-piece dress, more women looked at me. In the starbucks, I noticed that a group of girls in their 20's all studied me. Their gazes typically ended in my legs.
Most of men did not gaze at me, except a few cases.
More stories will come after I take some break.

Yeah, Seattle is one of the more open places in the USA, tres left coast and all that. So it does not some as some sort of shock that people were pretty mellow. If the woman were looking at you its more of a fashion deal, or else they were in shock that anyone still wears nylons.

Hi, Tekla,
Indeed it was a great place to stay and tour.
I did not bring long sleeves or pants. I still got a cold. Nylons was my last resort to warm my body at night :D. While wearing the dress, I continued to cough. But I was so much attached to wearing it once in Seattle ;D.

Oh yeah dear, the entire West coast north of Big Sur is pretty darn cold in the summer. Where I live in SF its colder in the summer than in the winter. But its just the coast. I was at work the other day taking to my GF at home, it was 92 there (30 miles inland) and in the fifties where I was, two miles from the beach.
But Seattle is very nice, very open, very liberal. There is a huge TG population there, so you would not be the first one they ever saw - and like most things, the novelty wears off after a bit. Though I doubt they would think of you that way at all, you are most pretty.
And, American girls are tall.
That dress really suits you well.
It looks like such a nice place, I'd like to visit someday. But then again, I'd like to visit pretty much everywhere someday.
Be careful, Seattle is one of those places like SF or New York that some people get there and their first thought is, "I'm never leaving." It has a lot going for it, and I've lost several friends to the area up there.
Plus, its got that whole 'livin' on the fault line' danger to it where everyday could be the last. So while there are few urban sights in the world as pretty as sitting in the Pike's Market looking out at Mount Rainier, it is an active volcano, one with a huge amount of snow and glacier on it, and when it heats up the cytoplasmic flow would all but wipe out huge areas from Rainier to the Sound.
Very cute dress. And I must say, Barbie, you have amazing legs.
Just thought I would say that I love that dress. lol :]

Yes. Eyes of girls ended in my legs.
But I guess the attracting factor was not nylon or legs. It was torn stockings, I guess ;D

I put on one pair of stockings that happened to be in my travel bag. It helped a little bit warming me, although it was torn.
Barbie~~
Ah, very pretty.

As it was chilly, I mostly wore capris in Seattle. I did not bring any long pants. I purchased the tee at a nearby shoping center. It's a hotel where I stayed for a week.

The heels is about 3 inch and very comfortable to walk. I purchased it in a payless shoes at ca $20. The size was US women's 10W. I was glad that I could purchase easily shoes fit to my feet. The photo was at the nearby shopping center.

Cindy,
You also wear a new one-piece dress. It makes you look brigther and younger. I may visit BC this year, and hope that the weather will be warm enough to wear my one-piece dresses.
