A SNICKERS bar ad featuring Mr T, who visited Melbourne last week on promotion, has been pulled after a US human rights group labelled it homophobic.
I suppose that I'd have to see the ad. From the description, it is just in poor taste. It doesn't specifically identify anyone as being gay.
But for bad taste alone, I think I won't buy Snickers bars anymore. They're not good for me anyway.

Exactly how does that differ from the network programing surrounding it?
I don't see how power walking is homosexual. But whatever. It wasn't a very positive ad, and that's reason enough to remove it.
