The Chicago Tribune has a seemingly innocuous little item up at the moment, simply entitled:
Anti-discrimination legislation
It is about trans-specific stuff.
The first factoid:
*Champaign at the fore: *In 1978, Champaign becomes the first city in
Illinois to protect transgender people in the workplace. It was the second
municipality in the country to do so.
