Alliance Defense Fund attorneys filed suit against the City of Elmira, N.Y., after police threatened to arrest three Christians if they did not remove a shirt and stop sharing biblical messages during a "gay" pride event at a public park.

John Barnes wore a shirt with the message "Liberated from sin by the blood of Jesus" to the Southern Tier Pride 2008 at Wisner Park – a June 14 event promoted as a celebration of homosexual, bisexual and transgender lifestyles.

I wish WingNutDaily had comments.  Even if moderated, they'd be interesting (in the chinese curse kind of way,) and we could at least try to crash the party.

They showed up at the start of Bay to Breakers, (not ready to run) with their signs and all and found themselves pelted with tortillas in a rather surreal moment.

I love surreal :D

Q: How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?

A: Two.  One to hold the giraffe, one to fill the bathtub with Jell-o.

P.S., Surreal might just be a good auxiliary weapon against homo/trans bigots!

Surreality is a great weapon against most everyone, except maybe Salvador Dali - he was sort of immune to it.
