I'm considering getting my SRS in Thailand at the MTF surgery center by Dr. Kamol. I want the sigmoid color SRS for the depth, the durability since I'm pretty sexual active and due to it being sself lubricating, I havnt meet any girls that have went there. The e-mails and pics look good but I wanna actually get feed back from a woman who actually has it done. Help me out!
Edit - Changed format - Please use lower case characters in the future, thank you - Tink
I had colovaginoplasty (one stage) for my srs and I know 5 other women who did as well.
I am friends with 3 of them.
One went to Dr. Peter Heartsch in Sydney, Australia years ago.
The other two went to my surgeon Dr. Preecha a while after my srs.
These 3 seem happy; 2 are sex workers and the other one has an active sex life.
You must remember there are cons & pros to every technique.
It is NOT a good idea to insist on a technique you do not know enough about and give instructions to your srs surgeon to perform that. You are better off going ahead with the recently updated technique called "non-penile inversion" which is meant to give good depth and width and a more elastic vaginal wall. If that fails, then you can consider the colon. If you do not need the colon graft essentially, just don't even worry about it. You get a horizontal scar on your bikini line (and yes people will ask you what it is from and not every woman will pull it off with the hysterectomy excuse), scar is not the worst part, but there is a common risk of shrinkage between the colon and genital skin which may lead to narrowing of the vaginal entry. The lubrication from the colon may accompany with abdominal contractions that are uncomfortable following dilation or sex. It's also not exactly like natal vaginal lubrication; it is clear/white gluggy lubrication, if you do not douche regularly, it can change colour and texture and it will smell.
There are many women who have had good results in terms of depth and sensitivity from just their own genital tissues without needing a colon graft.
It's best to discuss your options and make a good decision, this is once in a life time surgery.
