Yes.  But is it really "you" that hates, or merely the concept of you that hates?  And can we even prove that you are you, or that hate is hate?

Most of the worlds problems in the last 200 years is belief in divine providence. It seems that leaders think that they have all the answers. Perhaps there is more than one answer.
