Q:Why can't I send  or reply to Private Messages?
A:You must have 15 or greater posts to send a Private Message.   Please see the  Post Ranks (https://www.susans.org/forums/index.php/topic,114.0.html) topic for more information.

NOTE: That there is no restriction on the receiving of Private Messages.
NOTE: A Private Messages is often abbreviated to PM.
