Most of the people I know around here have stars in their eyes about her. The Barricuda (her old nickname from highschool, some say because of the smell, some because she was a nasty vindictive competetor... who knows?) is an Alaskan Woman in the national spotlight, never mind the issues, or what she'll do if, god forbid, she gets into office... All they can think of is what it will mean in terms of pork and tourists coming to alaska. As if we need more federal money.
