Turmoil in the financial industry and growing pessimism about the economy have altered the shape of the presidential race, giving Democratic nominee Barack Obama the first clear lead of the general-election campaign over Republican John McCain, according to the latest Washington Post-ABC News national poll.
I think the fix is already in, but that's just me.
And who dja think is gonna get jobbed? Lemme guess, the "Arab" as Rush referred to him, from Kenya? *sigh*
Nikki
Or perhaps that person from Moscow now in Japan? Or the Masons. They can always be blamed for anything.
McCain does not like the latest odds so he wants a time out to regroup. The debate would bury him as the soap opera continues. Tune in tomorrow for the next exciting episode of "As the Campaign Turns".
Lol, it is like some bizarre soap opera, especially from the perspective of someone outside the US. I'm just waiting for the bombshell that Sarah Palin is actually the illegitimate lovechild of John McCain and Barbara Bush... Hillary Clinton wakes up in the shower and realises it was all a dream... and that Barack Obama is, in fact, his own grandfather. ;D
we should be so lucky.
Something is just plain wrong when you can have seriously unstable and under qualified people running for these positions.
