It would have been more effective if I wore my tight-ish black jeans with it, but I just wore my normal guy jeans.

For those who are confused by the use of the word "->-bleeped-<-," I believe it is quite okay for me to use it since I would ->-bleeped-<- men (that is, if I can find a way to block out the dysphoria related). The word is not one I use lightly, however, the choice was "queer" or "homo" or "->-bleeped-<-." Since queer was too general and I find homo more offensive, I stuck with the last one. Before you consider yourself a better thesaurus than me, consider that I had already taken into consideration the words "gay man" and "gay person" and "gay male" and "twink." Those, however, are more offensive. To say I was dressed like a "gay male" would mean I was perpetuation a horrific stereotype on ALL gay men. The word "->-bleeped-<-" narrows down to a particular group (namely, the stereotypical group) and thus was more appropriate in this context. "Twink" isn't even a word in my vocabulary, now that I have learned quite well what the word means.

A friend of mine is a self-described middle-aged queen. The only time he uses the words "->-bleeped-<-" or "->-bleeped-<-got" is when describing the "pretty-boy ->-bleeped-<-s" that bother him so much. If I understand properly, I think he's using the term essentially the same way you are.

I tend to look at them all weird (not hard for me) and say "Funny you should ask that in San Francisco" at which point they get all like "Oh no mate, not like that, you know, a smoke." Of course I've worked enough of those Brit types that I even know that when they say (OK, its the Scotts who really do it) "Oooot 'n aboot" that they mean 'out and about.'

they are geordies, they come from the city of newcastle and they are singing in geordie.

we used to play a game in york only 72 miles from newcastle, are they geordie or are they dutch. the rule was, if they spoke english they were dutch.

Nowadays I think looking like a woman or a man is not so much critical. Looking palatable to people would be more important, whether you are a man or a woman. I see a lot of genuine girls who do not care about their appearance. And I see more men boast about their indifference to their neatness, not to mention hygiene.
Wearing fashionably is more important than passing. Your black hat and jacket are just fashionable. I guess most people in your area are not so much fashionable as you.
